Life experience without burnout.
Because therapy is my second career, my energy, education and approach are fresh. Because I’ve lived long enough to grow a full head of gray hair, I can share wisdom, survival skills and road maps to hope with you.

We can have a brief (free!) phone call to see if we’d work well together. If we decide to schedule a session, I’ll email you intake paperwork so I can learn more about what you’ve been going through. At our first session, you can start with what’s bothering you today or tell me about your old wounds or let me ask some questions.
I prefer to work in person, but we can schedule virtual appointments as you start to feel better or when one of us has a scheduling conflict.

I encourage family members to attend occasional sessions to add perspective and details that will help you heal or give me a better idea of the situation you’re coping with.
